Identifying traits: A thin scar runs from the corner of his left eye town his cheek, a claw mark from a wild firelizard. His hands are thick and calloused from practice.
Appearance: M'lark has long brown-blond hair tied back at the nape of his neck and pale, washed-out green eyes. He's well- muscled in the torso and legs, from exercise as a boy and dragonriding.
Personality: Friendly and curious, M'lark is a through and through. He loves asking questions about everything, and is never happier than when he's playing music. However, he is easily distracted and often shirks his official duties without realizing that he's doing such. Some would call him lazy - but he's more loyal to Harpers than to the weyrs.
History: M'lark was born to a Fort holder and taken up to Harper Hall at the age of ten. He was apprenticed until age 18, when he accidentally Impressed at a Fort Weyr hatching. At nineteen he was allowed to walk the tables, and a year later he was sent out to work in weyrs - he recently moved to Tanora, preferring southern weather to that of cold, wet north. Certain greenriders also played a part in his decision to stay, and now the couple is happily expecting twins..
Dragon name: Lovyth
Dragon age: Five
Wing: Zered Wing
Dragon color: Bronze
Dragon description: Lovyth is a large brown
with oversized wings and head and coloration that seems more bronze than
brown at times. He is unscarred, loves flying and music, and often teases
his rider. Unfortunately Lovyth is as absentminded as M'lark, and
they often skip out of work together.
Pet name(s): Preen, Prim
Pet species: Firelizards
Pet(s) ages: 11, 4
Flit color: Bronze, blue
Pet(s) appearance/personality: Preen is a
small bronze that is very, very attached to his human - he can sing, though
Prim cannot hold a note, much to M'lark's embarassment. Preen was
Impressed at M'lark's home in southern hold, while Prim was a gift from
his parents when he walked the tables. The firelizards often have
to remind their harper human of duties and jobs he needs to be performing.
